The Senior Executive, Sales is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategy for the sales function. This includes making recommendations to management, directing and managing the Sales team, as well as assessing and evaluating sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strategic plan for the sales function
Lead a team of Regional Sales Directors and Senior Sales Managers to meet revenue goals
Create and execute a robust marketing plan that complements the product strategy
Develop an annual budget for the sales function
Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and monitor expenses
Evaluate performance of sales staff to ensure customer needs are met
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements – Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service to customers – Review customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement – Lead cross functional teams in developing new products or services.
